Plastic Tweets

I recently met with a VP of Interactive from a ginormous PR firm. This savvy individual is trying to guide the agency's clients through the process of engaging their customers in dialogue through social media.

One of their clients has embraced Twitter.

All of their tweets must be approved by their legal department before they're sent. So much for authenticity.
