Crumpler "Beer for Bags" Promotion

My wife tells me that I have a "bag problem" - I own numerous backpacks, messenger bags, etc. for carrying my gear and regularly swap them in or out depending on what I'm doing at the time or how much gear I need to haul.

But still, I covet a Crumpler bag.

Now, until June 17th, you (more importantly, I) can bring an appropriate amount of beer into a Crumpler retail store in New York City or Toronto and exchange it for a Crumpler bag during Crumpler's "Beer for Bags" promotion.

Sounds simple enough, right? Not so fast. You can't just walk in with a case of Milwaukees's Best and get yourself a messenger bag. There are specific formulas for getting the kind of bag you want.

For instance, the "Moderate Embarassment" laptop bag can be had in exchange for 2 cases of Asahi and 1 package of Ramen noodles. Of course, I need a "Considerable Embarassment" to hold my gear. Need to figure out that formula...

If you're lucky, you'll get a bag and have the opportunity to party with the Crumpler staff. Sounds like a good deal to me.
