Software for GTD

Pascal seems to be talking a lot about GTD software lately. While I would love to use some of these great apps on my Mac, there are two features that I absolutely require that none seem to offer (at least not yet):

1) Synchronization with my smartphone (Currently a Treo and a Moto Q)

2) Synchronization with Microsoft Exchange

My company uses Exchange and I can't have my tasks/lists and calendar in isolation from the rest of the company or my handheld device.

So, apps like Midnight Inbox, ThinkingRock, Ghost Action and PersonalBrain just won't work for me. :(
